- Film rental orders: Name, email, organisation, organisation type, event venue, date, guest count, film cart, technical requirements (DCP, MP4, live music, subtitles), billing address, VAT ID (optional, B2B).
- Licensing inquiries: Name, email, company, phone, country, business type, territories, rights, message.
3.2 Automatically collected data
- Server logs: IP (anonymised after 7 days), browser, OS, referrer, pages, timestamps.
- Device information: resolution, device type, browser language.

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR where required.
We do not sell or share data for marketing. International transfers use appropriate safeguards (SCCs, EU-US DPF).
